Wallis Ranch is a new neighborhood at the north end of Dublin on the San Ramon border that when built to capacity will house 806 homes. Wallis Ranch features 8 different neighborhoods and is made up of mostly Single Family homes. 2 of the neighborhoods are attached homes. The attached homes (Townhome and condo style) start around 1,500 sq ft and are as large as 2,200 sq ft. The single family detached homes start around 1,800 sq ft and are as large as 4,300 sq ft.

At the center of Wallis Ranch is their “Kindred House” which is their common area that has fire pits, a fitness center, lounge and terrace. It is a great meeting place for neighbors to socialize and relax!
