Jordan Ranch is a new development in East Dublin off Fallon Road next to Positano. It will ultimately have 780 housing units, with 457 detached homes, and 323 condos & townhouses, along with a new school, parks, and retail center. The single family homes will have 4000 – 5000 sq ft average lot sizes, as well as small lot cluster homes. The Jordan Ranch available homes for sale will mostly be traditional/farm house style homes, some with detached garages.

The first phase is being built by Brookfield Homes. Winwood features 3,4, and 5 bedroom homes from 2250 to 2700 sq ft on lots that average 4000 sq ft. Mariposa features 3, 4, and 5 bedroom homes from approx 3000 – 3500 sq ft on lots that average 5000 sq ft.
