Dublin Ranch is one of the many newer areas in East Dublin with easy access to the 580 freeway and walkable to shopping, parks and schools. Dublin Ranch was built in many different phases with different builders over the years. The older homes in this area were built in the early 2000’s and the area is still being built out. As you get further up Fallon and Tassajara, you will have single family homes with back yards. These are your typical 1 and 2 story homes. The newer phases can be up to 3 stories and have smaller patio style yards. There are also condo’s and townhomes along with high density housing.

The Dublin Ranch Golf Course sits at the top of Fallon Road and boats some of the largest homes in the area. These homes can be over 4,000 square feet and up to 6 bedrooms.
