Happy Valley is a residential community in the southern part of Pleasanton. The homes in this community are single-family ranch style homes with large lots, sometimes up to a few acres. When the Calliope Preserve Golf Course was built, some newer custom homes were also built surrounding it.
The Happy Valley area is walkable to downtown and a close drive to the 680 freeway.
