My first experience with Stephany was when I bought my first home in 2006. She did a masterful job of negotiating and I ended up getting a great house at a great price. When it was time to buy a new home, Stephany was the first person that I called. This was right as the market was starting to get crazy in early 2013 and Stephany was right on top of negotiations when three others put offers on the house I had my eyes set on. It was through her advice and skill that I came out on top. Throughout the whole nerve racking experience, she was right there – often answering my questions within minutes and going out of her way to get certain documents to me because I was out of town during part of the escrow.

In addition to being a great Realtor, Stephany is a kind and genuine person who really wants her clients to be happy. She is knowledgeable about the area and goes out of her way to make sure her clients end up in the right home. She also introduced me to a great lender (no pressure at all which was nice) who I used and will use again to refinance in the future. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Realtor!
