I would highly recommend Stephany Jenkins as your Realtor!  My husband and I were first time home buyers.  Even with all the research and being on top of everything we possibly could, we weren’t prepared of all the paperwork that went into buying a home!  Stephany took the time to explain every step.  Communication and persistence were her strong points.  Stephany would answer all e-mails, texts and phone calls in a timely manner.  She also made sure that we were on top of things.  She also worked with our lender and made sure that everything went smoothly!
