Stephany recently helped me with the purchase of a rental property in Pleasant Hill.  She was able to get me a great price on a triplex which had 3 other offers pending.  Stephany was able to find me a property (that met my wants and needs) and to close the sale, all within the 1031 Exchange time limits, and I could not be happier.

Stephany was very patient with me and made it a point to listen to all of my needs and wants – she even welcomed my Sunday afternoon calls on a couple of occasions! Although Stephany was very accommodating and pleasant at every step of the way with my wife and me, she was able to be aggressive when needed and was very persuasive with the selling broker who initially did not want to give in to some of my requests by getting him to change his mind.

I highly recommend Stephany if you are looking for a Real Estate Agent.  Throughout my buying experience, she was always there (even on those two Sundays) to answer my calls and address any issues or concerns I may have had.  She was truly a pleasure to work with and my only regret after closing on the property is that I don’t get to work with her again until the next time I buy or sell a property.
