Nestled up in the West Dublin Hills with sweeping canyon and mountain views, Schaefer Ranch is a great combination of the country life right outside of the city. In less than a 10 minute drive you can be on the 580 or 680 freeway, Stoneridge mall, or at one of the many shopping centers in West Dublin.

Phase 1 began in 2008 with Discovery Homes and Pulte. Toll Brothers bought the remainder of the land and just sold off the last phase in 2017. The majority of the homes are 4 to 5 bedrooms and 3 to 4 bathrooms. Residences range in size from 2457 to over 4,000 square feet.

It’s not uncommon to see cows grazing in the open fields and the wildlife is plentiful. There are hiking trails along with a community park in the neighborhood.
