The majority of this area was built between 1930 and 2014. Most of the homes are older however back in 2014-2016 KB homes did build a townhouse community called Artero. Artero is a 58 unit development ranging from 1,700 sq ft to almost 2,000 sq ft and up to 4 bedrooms.

The 85 acre Springtown golf course was closed in 2016 and the City of Livermore is currently in the process of deciding what to do with the land.
